Certificate of ISO9001 Standard

IIBR, as an advanced research institute conducts its scientific and science-support activities with a quality and excellence approach. In order to realize this goal, the Institute accredited since 1999 for the ISO9001 standard. The implementation of the standard assists us carrying out our tasks, while ensuring compliance with all requirements. IIBR management and employees, bear responsibility for effective implementation of IIBR quality policy, led by scientific, technological and human leadership, while striving for continuous improvement. In 2016, IIBR transitioned to the 2015 standard.

In recognition of the importance of preserving the values of environment and sustainability, the IIBR operates in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 14001 standard since 2003. The implementation of the standard contributes us in carrying out our tasks with continuous examination of environmental effects and their reduction while examining full compliance with the requirements of any environmental laws. IIBR carries out a unique energy saving process that leads to significant savings in electricity, water and diesel consumption. In 2016, the Institute transitioned to the 2015 standard.

In order to promote and increase awareness of issues of sustainability and community contribution, the IIBR has been participating in the competitions of the Council for a Beautiful Israel. The competition examines green processes in the organization, compliance with safety requirements and contribution to the community welfare. After three consecutive years of winning five beauty stars, we won in the competition for the beauty flag in 2017. In December 2018, the Institute won a certificate of 5 beauty stars for the fourth year in a row. The IIBR management views these competitions as a vital driving force for raising awareness of valuable issues, creating a positive work atmosphere.
